I have lived a rich and full life and gone through many “fires of the soul.” I am continually blessed to come out the other side, healthier, more aware, and more willing than ever to fulfill my life purpose. My commitment is to bring the best of who I am to each and every soul I encounter. I am forever grateful to several amazing guiding lights who’ve shown me that it’s possible to be a kinder, more conscious and loving human being.
When I was 20 years old, I traveled through Mexico and Guatemala for 6 months, exploring the diversity of human life on Planet Earth. I learned so much and yet all I had were more questions. I returned to the North with a strong desire to live on the land, to know where my water came from, to know how to grow my own food and to nourish my connection to the earth.
I “moved to the country” and lived on a beautiful 55-acre homestead in Northern California, where I raised 3 children, grew much of my own food, and spent many winters in Mexico, exploring watery wonderlands and spiny deserts.
Even now, many years later, living in a more urban area, my connection to Nature is a strong part of who I am and how I connect to myself and my clients. In my bodywork practice, whether someone needs strong pressure or light, energetic touch, I work on an extremely intuitive level, listening closely, and letting the body be the guide.
