I’m trained in many diverse modalities, ranging from extremely light touch to deep tissue work. My specialty is a very strong intuition and a well-honed sensitivity, giving me the ability to provide exactly what is needed from a session.
A session may include any of the following techniques:
Gentle, non-invasive work done fully-clothed on a comfortable padded mat. Guided by its 9 Principles of Harmony, Breema is a practice for uniting body, mind & spirit to create greater self-awareness and ease in daily life. The bodywork uses a wide variety of leans, holds, stretches, and passive range of motion movements. Clients typically report feeling 6” taller, more relaxed than ever and energized at the same time. Self-Breema exercises are a potent tool for developing and maintaining balance in daily life. Breema is extremely nourishing, calming, centering work, often called The Art of Being Present.
Gentle, very light-touch work applied anywhere on the body to help unwind tension and trauma stored in the nervous system. Extremely helpful for headaches, whiplash, sensory overload and for accessing the deeper layers of mind, body and emotional connection.
Pressures ranging from light touch to deep tissue. Good for injuries, week-end warriors, stress, and general health maintenance.
Working with the map of the body via the feet. Very powerful work that helps to open, balance and release.
Gentle, hands-on energy work, perfect for stress, trauma, illness.
Active rocking, kneading, stretching, working with acupressure points and the body’s meridians, part of the Chinese system of medicine.
